5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation by Client

• Individual Sessions: 48-hour notice required for cancellation without penalty
• Group Workshops: 7-day notice required for full refund
• Corporate Programs: Cancellation terms as specified in the service agreement
• Online Courses: Refunds available within 14 days if less than 25% of content accessed

5.2 Cancellation by Rinfeindov Center

We reserve the right to cancel any Service due to:

• Insufficient enrollment
• Instructor unavailability due to illness or emergency
• Technical difficulties or force majeure events
• Violation of these Terms by the participant

In case of cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to a future session.

5.3 No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled session without proper notice may result in forfeiture of fees paid.
